We offer a package of services for document preparation, marriage registration, and consular legalization of the Marriage Certificate for Italian citizens and residents in Tbilisi.
This package includes state marriage registration, apostille, Italian translation, and legalization of the Marriage Certificate at the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Italian Republic in Tbilisi.
The package does not include a festive marriage registration ceremony.
If you wish to hold a formal marriage registration ceremony, the terms and cost of the service will be discussed separately.
We can also provide any other services related to the preparation, execution, and celebration of your wedding, as well as the organization of your honeymoon.
Marriage registration in Tbilisi for citizens and residents of the Italian Republic with the preparation of a package of documents and consular legalization of the Marriage Certificate

preparation of documents (translation and notarization of passports);

two agency Witnesses;

filing an application and documents at the Public Service Hall Tbilisi;

payment of state duties and consular fee;

Marriage registration in the public space of the Public Service Hall Tbilisi (without a formal ceremony);

obtaining a Marriage Certificate in Georgian;

apostille of Marriage Certificate in one working day (1 original copy);
-
translation of the Marriage Certificate into Italian by a certified translator within two working days (1 original copy);

consular legalization of the Marriage Certificate at the Embassy of the Italian Republic in Tbilisi (1 original copy). The legalization timeframe is determined by the Embassy of the Italian Republic (15-45 days);

sending a Marriage Certificate with Consular certification to the couple via GPost service (registered mail with a tracking number);
The procedure for marriage registration and document legalization takes approximately 45 working days.
Marriage registration dates must be booked in advance.
It is additionally paid:

translation into Georgian and notarization of a divorce certificate or a court decision for those who were previously married;

conclusion of a Marriage Contract, at your request;

apostille and translation into other languages and legalization of the Marriage Certificate for other countries, if necessary;

delivery of documents by EMS or DHL mail.
