Residents of a significant number of countries can visit Georgia without a visa, with the right to stay in the country for 1 full year. Residents of other countries may require an electronically issued visa. Detailed information about visa-free countries or the need to obtain a visa can be found here.

We inform you about what documents will be needed to register a marriage in Georgia, what are the terms of preparation of documents for filing an application, what additional services you can receive. We will ask you to send copies of your documents in order to determine as accurately as possible the cost and timing of paperwork, as well as to start preparing in advance for filing an application for registering your marriage. Our initial consultation is free.

All of your requests and important details are thoroughly discussed. You will get recommendations about seasoning, prices, restaurants and other locations with facilities for a wedding or registration. We are online 24/7 for a prompt reply. In addition to application form we also suggest you to fill in our check-list where you can choose different options for wedding event. As well you can book one of our wedding packages. In this case no confirmation of extra options is needed. Come and enjoy your special occasion that we have organized with all our passion.

It is important to understand what you are paying for. The cost is formed from wedding coordinator service and 10% from the cost of all other services. Upon your request we can make two different packages and calculate all the expenses. All further packages and calculations are charged on top. Share with us what is your budget and expectations about wedding style and design and we will choose the most suitable options for you.

As soon as all calculations are done and the date of wedding event is scheduled we provide you with contract with terms and financial responsibility of the parties. The Appendix will include list of services and prices.

After signing the contract, you make an advance payment in the agreed amount in a convenient way. Please, check methods of payment here. We start event preparations immediately. We prepare all the necessary documents in advance. In some cases, a notarized power of attorney with an apostille may be required to represent your interests in the state authorities of Georgia - to submit an application for marriage registration or other legal actions. Please, mind that you issue power of attorney in your residence country and send it to us by mail.

Please note that, although we provide information support to our clients on entering the territory of Georgia, we are not responsible for the actions of officials of state bodies of Georgia (including the Georgian Border Police) and for cases of prohibition of entry into the territory of Georgia.

After arriving in Georgia, you pay the remaining amount according to the terms of the contract.

During your visit to Georgia you will have full support from our side. On the day of wedding from early morning till late night we will be with you to support and take care of every detail.

Your marriage in Georgia will be confirmed with marriage certificate legalization of the Georgian marriage Certificate for the state authorities of your country of residence.
Depending on the international agreements signed by your country of residence, your marriage certificate is either translated from the Georgian language into the official language of your country with apostille, or translated with consular legalization.

Your marriage certificate will be given to you directly. In case you're planning to leave Georgia before documents' legalization is finished we will send it to you via post mail.

Payment
Payment for the services of the wedding agency YULIKO WEDDING, state duties and services of performers is made after the conclusion of an Agreement between the agency and the customer for the provision of services for organizing and conducting a wedding, on the basis of Appendix 1 to the Agreement (estimate). The cost of services is indicated in US dollars. The transfer of value from US dollars to Georgian lari is carried out at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia for US dollars to Georgian lari on the day of payment.
After the conclusion of the contract, the Client makes an advance payment in the agreed amount within no more than 5 days.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or payment systems KoronaPay, WesternUnion, MoneyGram, PaySend, Contact. Payment for the transfer of funds by a bank or payment system is made by the customer. The surcharge when paying with the PayPal payment system is 15%.
Rest of the payment must be done by the Client directly in Georgia before the event. You can pay with cash or make a bank transfer in TBC-bank office.
If some services partly mean direct settlement between the Client and the Implementer it is fixed in the Appendix. The Client must pay directly to the Implementor.
If total number of guests increases and final sum changes the Client pays extra charge.
In the event that the Client has completely or partially refused the services of our Agency, the advance payment is refunded within 14 days after notification in an amount corresponding to the decrease in the cost of the services provided, but minus the non-refundable deposit, as well as the costs of the agency and subcontractors for preparing the provision of such services.

Compulsory insurance
According to the new Law of Georgia “On Tourism”, from June 1, 2024, compulsory health insurance and accident insurance will be introduced in Georgia for all tourists entering the country.
The same requirements apply to persons wishing to get married in Georgia.
At the moment, there are no current rules and conditions of insurance yet - according to the Law “On Tourism”, they must be approved by a decree of the Government of Georgia before June 1, 2024.
We will update you as new information becomes available. However, based on global practice, we recommend that our guests, when crossing the state border of Georgia from June 1 of this year, have a standard travel insurance policy with them.
